What are the costs?

Monthly subscription fee is $99 dollars after the 14-day free trial. Agent AI does provide you with a $25.00 monthly credit to cover some of your additional costs. These can not be rolled over to the next month.

Additional Charges for text messaged , emails , and  calls are not included in your monthly subscription cost.

SMS 0.0119/per text sent and received ( 10 dollars will give you about 840 texts)


Receiving Calls 0.0128/ min  ( 10 dollars will give you 780 calls)


Making Calls 0.021/ min  ( 10 dollars will give you 475 calls )


Emails 0.001/email ( 10 dollars give you 10,000 emails )

Charge for A2P registration $20.18

How many texts can I send in a day?

You can send up to 5,000 texts a day.

Can I sign up without a Domain or EIN?

A domain is mandatory for A2P verification. However, you don’t necessarily need an EIN but it’s highly recommended. Without an EIN you will only qualify for one toll-free number. With an EIN, you can have local numbers and as many as you’d like.

Is there a lead limit?

No, you can import as many leads as you would like.

Will the system reply/book appointments for me?

You can send automated text campaigns to get your leads attention, however once the lead replies they will be removed from the automation and you will have to take over to reply to them and book the appointments.  We’re working on some automations that will assist with this in the near future.

What is A2P and why do I need it?

A2P refers to Application to Person messaging. With the FCC’s guidelines, it’s important to have A2P verification in order to legitimize yourself as a business and avoid being seen as spam. You won’t be able to call and text on our platform without it.

Can I add my staff to my account or do they need their own accounts?

Yes, you can add people to your account and they’ll have their own logins. This will be covered in your onboarding.

Can I have calls forwarded to my phone?

Yes, you can set the account to forward incoming calls to your personal phone, or your staffs.

Do I have to use your templates and workflows?

Our templates and workflows were designed by top-earning agents so we highly recommend using them. However you are more than welcome to create and use your own.

Is the onboarding call the only video call I get?

No, our support team is always willing to jump on a call and offer assistance during our available hours.
